Day 9

B:  oatmeal w dates
L:  chicken and avocado sandwich, no salt chips and salsa
D:  whole wheat penne pasta (Trader Joes) with plum tomato/garlic sauce, slice of bread w coconut oil
D2 : salad with new vinaigrette
S:  apple sauce & oatmeal cookie
